Hi, I'm Alicia, a mum of two on the Mornington Peninsula who truly understands sleepless nights.

My journey into becoming a sleep consultant began with my own struggles. With my first daughter, I spent hours bouncing her in a carrier for every nap. Sleep school's cry-it-out method worked, but left me uneasy and without tools when her patterns changed.

With my second, I found a better way. Through research and trial and error, I discovered gentle, responsive approaches that honored both my baby's needs and my parenting instincts – no tears or trauma required.
